How to book, how to pay and where to find your trip information.
Starting a booking
Open any tour, choose a departure date and the number of travellers, and follow the steps. You will see the total price, the deposit (if one applies) and the balance before you confirm. If a tour is enquiry-only, or you want something different, use plan your trip.
Confirming a reservation
Creating a booking holds your places for a set period while you pay. Depending on the tour, your booking is confirmed once payment is verified, or once our team has checked availability. Your booking page shows the current status in plain words, and we email you at each change.
Paying
We show only the payment methods that are available for your booking. Card and mobile-money payments are confirmed by the payment provider. If you pay by M-Pesa Paybill or Till, enter the M-Pesa confirmation code on your booking page; the payment is shown as awaiting verification until our team has checked it against our M-Pesa records.
Submitting an M-Pesa reference
- Pay the amount shown, using the Paybill or Till number and account reference on your booking page.
- Open the booking and choose I have paid.
- Enter the M-Pesa confirmation code, the amount, the phone number used and the time.
- Wait for our confirmation. Submitting a code does not mark a booking as paid by itself.
Finding your trip information
Sign in to your account to see your bookings, itineraries, receipts and messages. If you booked without an account, use the secure link in your booking email.
