Cancellation policy
What happens when you need to cancel a booking.
Voyara has not yet defined its cancellation terms. Until it does, this page promises no refund amounts. Define refund tiers in Admin → Settings → Booking rules → Cancellation policies and describe them here. Remove this notice once the content has been checked and approved.
How to cancel
Sign in and open your booking, then choose Request cancellation. Guests who booked without an account can use the secure link in their booking email, or contact us with the booking reference.
What happens next
A cancellation is a request until our team has reviewed it. We look at the terms of your booking, your departure date, supplier conditions and the payments received, and then tell you the outcome in writing. Your booking page shows the status of the request.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is requested, approved, processed and completed as separate steps, and your booking page shows which step it has reached. A refund is complete only once the money has been returned. [Describe refund timing and method once agreed.]
